This site collects nothing. Here is exactly what happens to the information you send us when you write.

Who is responsible
Marrakech Eye Tours is the name under which Adil works, a guide licensed under no. 2706, in Marrakech, Morocco. You can reach him at contact@marrakecheyetours.com or on +212 661 493 130. He is the person who reads your messages and answers them.
What this site collects
This site has no database, no accounts, no newsletter and no advertising, and it does not track you. The contact form, however, does send your details to our server: a script formats them, sends your enquiry to Adil and a summary copy to you, then forgets them. Nothing is stored on the server, no file and no database. If you prefer WhatsApp, the button simply assembles a message that you send yourself from your own device, and nothing passes through us. If you close the page without sending, nothing is transmitted.
What we receive when you write
When you contact us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your dates, the size of your group, your phone number or email address, and anything you add. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quote and to run the service you book.
How long we keep it
Exchanges about a trip that does not happen are deleted within a year. Records relating to a service actually delivered are kept for the period required by Moroccan accounting and tax rules.
Who else sees your data
WhatsApp, if that is the channel you choose: your message goes through Meta's service and falls under its own privacy policy. Our mail provider, for delivering email, including the messages the form triggers. This site's host, which processes the form submission and keeps standard technical logs such as connection IP addresses. None of these third parties receives data for advertising purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site places no cookie and runs no analytics or advertising script. One thing is stored on your own device: whether you are reading in French or in English, so the choice survives from page to page. It never leaves your browser and identifies nobody. It does load its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google’s servers when the page opens. If you would rather avoid that, the fonts can be hosted on the site itself, and we intend to do so.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted, at contact@marrakecheyetours.com. In Morocco, processing is governed by law 09-08 and supervised by the CNDP. If you write to us from the European Union, you also hold the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with your national authority.
Photographs
The photographs on this site were taken during real tours. If you appear on one and would rather not, write to us and it will be removed, without explanation and without delay.
Changes
If this site ever adds a booking system, analytics or advertising, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
