3. You adjust it
One stop fewer because the drive is long, an extra night somewhere, a start pushed back an hour. It changes until the programme suits you.
4. Nothing is committed before you agree
No online deposit. Accommodation is only booked once the programme is settled, and the cancellation terms then appear on your quote.
5. Adil goes with you
He leads the tour himself from start to finish, with a vehicle and driver kept for your group alone.

What you actually see
The three tours on this site cover the classic crossing of the south, from Marrakech to the dunes of Erg Chebbi and on to Fes. They work well because the road is fine and the sequence of landscapes makes sense. But they do not suit everyone, and it is better to say so than to force a journey into a mould.
The most common requests all fall outside that frame. Seven days adding Chefchaouen and its blue medina in the north. A loop that returns to Marrakech instead of ending in Fes, because the flight leaves from there. A slower pace with shorter stages, because you are travelling with young children or elderly parents. A tour that favours mountain walking over the road to the desert.
In all these cases the right answer is not to shorten an existing tour but to write another one. That is what Adil does, knowing the real distances, the mountain roads that take twice as long as a map suggests, and the places where two nights beat one.
Questions about this tour
How many days should we allow?
It depends what you want to see. Two or three days is enough for a short loop in the south. The desert needs four days to be seen rather than crossed. Beyond eight days, the north can be added: Fes, Chefchaouen or the coast.
Does tailor-made cost more than a catalogue tour?
Not necessarily. The price depends on the number of days, the size of the group and the standard of accommodation, not on being tailor-made. A shorter custom tour can cost less than a longer standard one.
Can we start from a city other than Marrakech?
Yes. Fes and Casablanca are common starting points, and it is possible to begin in one city and finish in another, which avoids driving the same road twice.
